GaN Conference at SEMI USA
February 5, 2019 - February 21, 2019

EPC is joining forces with Yole Développement (Yole) and SEMI to sponsor the first ‘GaN Con,’ an industry networking event covering the entire power GaN industry from manufacturers to end users. The theme of GaN Con is “Power GaN: From promises to possible market explosion” and is focused on the emerging GaN market and the state-of-the-art for its underlying technology.

Under Yole’s base case scenario, GaN market is expected to grow steadily with a 55 % CAGR between 2017 and 2023. GaN has been a promising technology for a while. Several R&D institutes and industrial companies dedicated important investments to explore and evaluate this technology and make the links with market demands. Yole’s analysts identified multiple power electronics & compound semiconductor companies, including leading silicon suppliers, strongly engaged in significant projects of development. GaN Con will offer an opportunity to further explore the status of GaN technology and its adoption.

GaN Con will take place in the SEMI Office, Milpitas (USA) on February 21 (morning). This half-day event will be an unparalleled gathering of leading companies from component manufacturers to end users, who will discuss and debate on GaN market and its future evolution by mixing visions at an executive level. Key speakers include Yole, EPC, GaN Systems, Navitas, Texas Instruments, and more.

Attendees to GaN Con will get valuable insights into the status and future of the GaN industry as well as be provided with unprecedented opportunities for networking and meeting with key players and a round table to end the discussions. Ticket fees for the event are $120, including sessions and coffee break. Registration is open now.
