PCIM Europe 2015 Conference program is announced
A diversified conference program for PCIM Europe 2015 has been published, with over 300 abstracts on trends in power electronics components and systems. Highlights include three keynote speeches on ‘The State-of-The-Art and Future Trend of Power Semiconductor Devices’, ‘Packaging and Reliability of Power Modules – Principles, Achievements and Future Challenges’ and ‘Electrochemical Battery Managements and Applications’. There will also be special sessions on Solar Inverter Topologies, Passive Components, Digital Control Power – the Future of Power Electronics, Power GaN for Automotive Applications and E-Mobility. There will also be 29 oral sessions and two poster sessions to provide an overview of current trends and developments. PCIM Europe will be held in Nuremberg, Germany, 19 to 21 May 2015. Two days before the conference, there will be half-day seminars and full day tutorials covering Magnetic Design for very High Efficiency Power Conversion, Solid-State Transformer Concepts for Smart Grid and Traction Applications, Power Electronics and Control of Renewable Energy Systems or High Performance Control of Power Converters.
