Triac dimmable drivers control retro and new installations
The RACT LED drivers deliver one to 100% leading-edge or trailing-edge triac-controlled dimming at what the company claims are the market’s most affordable prices. The LED drivers allow the user to set the lighting atmosphere and mood in homes, spotlighting and furniture installations.

The low cost, triac-dimmable LED drivers are available with constant current outputs ranging from 300 to 1400mA. Both leading and trailing edge phase angle control makes the drivers suitable for many standard dimmers and can be used in a range of applications. The drivers are suitable for indoor locations up to 50°C ambient temperature. They are also certified for building into furniture, for example, in dimmable shelf lighting, cove lighting or accent lighting. Integrated cable clamps and extra-large screw terminals make installation easy says the company.

The Class II (double insulated) design means that no earth connection is required. The drivers are CE marked (LVD EMC RoHS) and have IEC61347-1/IEC61347-2-13 CB reports. Recom offers a three-year warranty as standard. Samples are available from all authorised distributors.
