Encapsulated DC/DC converter is smallest package
They are offered in a small DIP-16 package, measuring 0.94 x 0.54 x 0.31inch. There are 14 models, offering 9.0 to 36 / 18 to 75V DC input ranges, with single and dual output models ranging 3.3 to 24V DC. They deliver 6W of output power in an encapsulated package and feature I/O isolation of 1,500V DC. Efficiency is up to 86% and operating temperature range is -40 to 90°C (derating above 75°C).

They also feature fully regulated outputs and have no minimum load requirement and low no-load power consumption. The shielded metal package has an EMI filter that meets EN55022 Class A.

Under-voltage lock-out; and over-load/short-circuit protection are included.

All models have been qualified with safety approvals to UL/cUL/IEC/EN 62368-1 (60950-1) standards. They are Reach- and RoHS-compliant, and certified to Hazardous Substance Process Management (IECQ QC 080000), are conflict mineral-free and backed by a three year warranty.
