Wireless Charging coil saves space in Qi-compatible charging pads
The IWTX-47R0BE-11 is designed for 5V applications and has AEC-Q200 qualification pending. It has a durable construction and high permeability shielding, says the company, and is 18% smaller than other available solutions, yet provides efficiency greater than 70% when paired with a Vishay Rx coil and appropriate Qi-compatible Rx and Tx circuitry.

Magnetic saturation is just 50% at 4,000 gauss.

The RoHS-compliant device features low inductance of 6.3µH at 200 kHz with a 5% inductance tolerance, DCR of 38mΩ (±10%) at 25°C, and Q of 190 typical at 200kHz. The transmitter coil features a lead length of 47mm and tinned length of 5mm, and self-resonant frequency of 22MHz.

Samples and production quantities are available now.
