Power supply are rugged for mil/COTS applications

The XFN is designed for use in harsh operating environments and delivers 1000W at –40°C.

It is in a 1U package and conformally coated and ruggedized as standard to withstand extremes in shock and vibration to MIL-STD-810G levels. It carries full safety agency approvals including UL 606950 and is EMC characterised to MIL-STD-461F. Other standard features include 47 to 440Hz input frequency, 1.5V to 58V standard output voltages, individual output control, completely field configurable with option to factory fix, all outputs fully floating allowing series/parallel connection of all multiple outputs for non-standard voltages or higher output current, paralleling of powerPacs for higher system power and ultra-high efficiency, up to 91%

All models in the XF series feature over-voltage, over-temperature and over-current protection, provide a 5V/250mA bias standby voltage, individual output control of every output module, a five-year warranty and are SEMI F47 compliant for use in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Typical applications include harsh environment electronics (industrial and MIL/COTs), test and measurement, radar (fixed, mobile and naval) and communications.
