Compact NTC chip thermistors are rated up to 150C

Recently acquired from RTI Electronics, the STC0134-X, STC0138-X, STC0143, and STC0144-X devices are available in a variety of compact sizes, and operate at temperatures up to 150°C.

The thermistors are claimed to deliver highly repeatable performance for temperature monitoring and compensation in hybrid circuits for ICs in robotic assemblies and military telecomms systems. For increased reliability, the devices' electrode surface is available in gold, to prevent oxidation.

They provide a high-stability replacement for leaded small-disc thermistors and experience minimal drift from initial electrical values. They are available in sizes as small as 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.43mm. Resistance at 25°C is from 100 to 5000Ω, tolerance down to ±5%, and beta from 3,000 to 3,523K. The thermistors are suitable for solder reflow assembly or gluing with epoxy.
