Universal quad clock synthesizer can be configured in frequency intervals
It generates any frequency in the range 10 to 800MHz with four independent PLLs. It uses a flexible delta-sigma modulator and a wide ranging VCO. The clock outputs have low phase noise jitter of sub 0.2ps while consuming extremely low power, claims the company. The clock can be used with a standard crystal or an external system clock; each independent output can be configured to select from four different frequency multiplier settings to support a variety of applications. Each clock synthesizer includes an integer/fractional divider allowing output frequency resolution of less than 2Hz intervals. The device is available in a RoHS-compliant, green/halogen free, compact 5 x 5mm LGA package. Samples and demo boards are available on request.
