Compact AC/DC LED drivers have a rugged packaging

They are designed to provide the constant current output, high efficiency, wide AC input range and rugged “lamp base” packaging required for industrial lighting systems.

There are five models in the series, operating from a universal 90 to 305V AC input and providing constant current outputs ranging from 1.47 to 4.55A at  output voltage levels of 25 to 63V DC. Standard features include 92% efficiency, active PFC, 10kV surge protection, short circuit protection, and an analogue or PWM dimming control input.

MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) is greater than 220khours. All models are UL 8750 approved and meet the requirements of EN 55015 and EN 61547.

All models are packaged in ‘lamp base’ cases rated to IP65/IP67 dust & moisture ingress protection. They are specified for operation over the industrial operating temperature range of -40 to 70°C ambient. Cooling is by free-air convection.

Applications include use in LED lamps, reflectors, and mounting assemblies to make a custom luminaire and in high bay and low bay installations for warehouse or factory lighting systems; street and parking area lighting; as well as retail and commercial lighting systems.
