Rutronik has announced it has expanded its portfolio with a comprehensive range of terminal blocks and modular connectivity solutions from Amphenol.
The company says the series combines advanced connection technologies with a high level of design flexibility and enables fast, secure and tool-free wiring. In combination with compatible DIN-rail housings and relays, complete system solutions for industrial applications can be realised. The products are available via www.rutronik24.com.
Amphenol’s connectivity solutions are characterised by a variety of modern connection concepts that enable efficient and secure installation. These include push-in and direct-locking technologies, which allow tool-free wiring, as well as SNAP IN technology, which ensures particularly fast and reliable connections even with fine-stranded wires.
These are complemented by tool-free lever mechanisms, enabling the simultaneous opening of multiple terminals, as well as optimised spring technology that ensures vibration-resistant and torque-independent contacts. This makes the solutions particularly suitable for applications where mechanical stress and long-term reliability are critical.
A key feature is the wide range of available variants. In addition to different connection types – including screw, push-in, spring clamp and plug-in technologies – the portfolio covers a broad range of pitch sizes from 2 mm to 10.16 mm and current ratings from 2 A to 20 A.
