At the trade show Mersen will highlight how its technologies support the rapid electrification and increasing power density of modern infrastructures. As a designer and manufacturer of key electrical power protection and distribution components, Mersen develops engineered, application‑specific solutions combining protection, power distribution, and thermal performance. The focus at the booth will be on high‑speed DC protection, compact system integration and long‑term reliability, supported by close collaboration between Mersen’s engineering teams and its customers.
In the field of electric mobility, Mersen will highlight its competitive portfolio of high‑voltage fuses specifically engineered for EV applications, with an additional production footprint in Europe. These fuses are developed to meet the electrical, thermal and mechanical constraints of modern electrified vehicle platforms, supporting high DC voltages, fast fault current interruption and demanding reliability expectations.
Complementing this offer, Mersen will present its competitive range of engineered busbar solutions, also produced in Europe, for EV and PHEV battery systems as well as for power‑electronics assemblies. Building upon Mersen’s expertise in designing protection devices, Mersen busbars solutions support weight reduction, compactness and advanced signal monitoring integration.
For data‑centre and digital infrastructure applications, Mersen will present solutions supporting reliable power management across the entire electrical chain, from upstream distribution to rack‑level systems. With increasing power density and the emergence of higher DC voltages, Mersen combines fuse protection, bus bar electric distribution, capacitor and cooling technologies to support scalable, high‑availability infrastructures.
The company will also highlight solutions for rail traction and onboard power electronics. These include thermal management technologies and protection devices designed to meet railway standards. They show Mersen’s capability to develop bespoke energy management and distribution systems for defence applications. The solutions are manufactured in certified facilities compliant with EN 9100 and ITAR requirements, supporting operation in safety‑critical environments.
Visit Mersen at PCIM 2026 in Nuremberg in Hall 9, Stand 534 to explore how its technologies and engineering teams support power‑electronics applications across multiple industries.
