The company says the NLx333 series offers industry-leading low input offset voltage (10 μV max) with remarkable zero-drift temperature characteristics (0.01 μV/°C typ). These operational amplifiers are crafted for minimal power consumption, consuming only 17 μA for the single channel operational amplifier NL0333 and NL1333, and 15 μA per channel for the dual-channel NL2333, significantly extending battery life in portable and battery-operated devices.
Designed to operate within a supply voltage range of 2.1 V to 5.5 V and across a broad temperature range from -40 °C to 125 °C, the NLx333 amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output stages, achieving near-total utilization of the power supply voltage. With an integrated EMI filter, these amplifiers exhibit exceptional immunity to electromagnetic interference, crucial for ensuring reliability in sensitive electronic applications exposed to RF environments.
These amplifiers are ideal for applications including sensor interfaces, temperature measurement systems, current sensing circuits, and battery-powered equipment, providing unmatched precision and efficiency. The series comes in multiple packaging options: the NL0333 in a SOT-23-5-DC package, the NL1333 in an SC-88A-DB package, and the dual-channel NL2333 are available in VSP-8-AF and EMP-8-AN packages.
