Conventional thick film jumpers are typically limited to approximately 3 amps, with high-current versions reaching only about 10 amps. In contrast, the MCJ Series can accommodate a significantly higher current level, addressing the growing demands of modern high power density electronics where available board space continues to shrink.
By combining high current handling with compact SMD footprints, the MCJ Series allows designers to replace larger jumper solutions with smaller components. This enables reduced PCB area, greater layout flexibility, and more efficient use of available space. The result is improved power density and dependable performance in demanding applications.
Pricing for the MCJ Series varies by size. For detailed or volume pricing, contact Stackpole or one of its authorised distribution partners. Sizes 0201, 0402, 0805, 1206, and 2512 are currently in stock.
